Gabriela worked for DANIEL SILVERSTAIN LLC as Assistant Designer for nine months,
under the supervision of myself – the creative director and owner of the company.
Gabriela is an extremely hard working designer, a team player with excellent
communication skills and high work ethic values. She preforms well under pressure,
and maintains positive spirit constantly.
During her time with us, Gabriela assisted in the development of three seasons, where
she used her large range of skills; Including market research and inspiration boards for
new seasons, sketching, textile selection, sewing muslins and accessories samples,
patternmaking, liaising with local factories, assisting with garment fittings on models,
preparations for photo-shoots as well as updating our webpage. She showed great
levels of confidence and ambition, always stayed late hours, and was full of desire to
be involved in all aspects of the company.
Gabriela is warm-hearted, reliable, and always respectful with whomever she works
with. It was my personal pleasure to have the time working with her, and see her
growing as a well-versed designer. She will be a significant asset to any design team,
and I am confident she will succeed wherever her desire will take her.
