‘Life behind the lyrics of the Psalms’ Pastor Paul John speaks on
‘When we feel that God has abandoned us’ (Psalm 22).
Includes communion.
7:00 pm: Film night showing ‘Heaven is for Real’ at The Mission,
East Challow. Refreshements provided (including popcorn!).

Congratulations to Mike McVeigh who celebrates his
70th
birthday this week.
There is a Building Vision Prayer Breakfast on Saturday 31st
January, 8:30am at Old Mill Hall. Please come and join with
us in praying for the future of GFEC and enjoy a coffee and
a croissant (£2.00 donation appreciated).
Advance notice: The Women's World Day of Prayer this year
comes from the Christian women of The Bahamas, and will be
held in St John's Church at 7.30pm on Friday, 6th
March. It
will be a very simple service based on John 13 - Jesus
washing the disciples' feet. Everyone will be welcome.
Thank you for your kind and generous giving to the
missionaries that GFEC supports. We were able to send
a total of £455 as a Christmas gift (divided between
the Bernals, the Brixeys and the Hookers).
On Sunday 25th
January, 6:00 pm at St. John Vianney R C
Church, there will be a united service. Paul John has been
asked to bring a short message.
