2. Foodfair Therewereseveralsmall shops with a variety of Mexicanfoodlike: tamales, enchiladas, sopes, tostadas and of course tacos. TherewerealsoMexicandrinks (no alcohol) like: flavoredwaterand atole. Mexicansnackscouldalsobefoundlike: esquites and churros.
3. Mexican music by the choir of the singing workshop Students of the singing workshop performed different Mexican songs to parents, teachers and students of the campus.
4. Mariachi In a Mexican night there could not be missed the mariachi, typical of Mexico. The mariachi sang lots of songs well known by the Mexicans, making people sang a long with them in some occasions.
5. Mexican dance There were Mexican dances from various regions of the country performed like from Veracruz- “la bamba”, to mention one.
6. Presentation of the campus queen candidates The queen of the campus represents and promotes the values of the institution through ethics and citizenship projects. During the Mexican night the queen candidates where presented, they also performed a dance and of course each one presented her project.
