The Fundación Laboral de la Construcción is a non-profit paritarian organization promoting training, occupational safety, and employment in the construction industry. In 2009, it provided training for 180,000 students through more than 400 courses across 42 centers, funded by company levies and public grants. Their mission is to professionalize the sector and improve safety standards while also offering career guidance and an online platform for job seekers.
