  9. Turn over, backgrounds, personalities, culture. Experiences. redundancy (may be implementing while ppl leaving..)
  10. New releases, computer, video conf, screens, mouse…
  11. Now that understood issues …Find Solutions to all these Obstacles… TIPS
  12. Yes Governance ! Architecture. 1 site for all or many sub-sites, and site-collections ? Not mean get all planned before starting 1 site. But get 1 by 1.
  13. Show features (navigation, search, delve, drag&drop, metadata..) Show prototypes sites : HR, Marktg,
  14. Don’t wear all the hats ! Need somebody internally! To manage users, comms, testing, training, other IT teams
  15. Think reports, one place for all, mobile work, bring your own device, WFH, less seats used From Management: “no one has an excuse not to use SharePoint for all their work”
  16. Let’s start deploying
  17. Not all in 1 block. Find pilot teams. 1 after the other. Smart Goals: S pecific M easurable A chievable R elevant T ime-Bound
  18. Old network/SP drive was messy? Don’t only migrate
  19. team site with tasks list for project. Wiki for FAQ
  20. Common sense number of menus
  21. Speak to internal Comms and Mgmt to know. 1. CSS, JS 2. don’t do it yourself (agencies) (pixelmill)
