Players who openly admit they are cheating in chat in a ring game (solo
instance)
Prior to following these steps, an email should always be sent out to the complainer that we have
commenced investigation. If you receive a fresh complaint, be sure to send out Kana template IR.COL.
We want to bring response time down and to let the player know that we received and acknowledged any
complaints they may have.

    1. Upon receiving the email complaint, open a new folder for the case on your S:

    2. PAUSE his account and notate it with template <1I>
    3.   Run a Know100 Report

    4. Examine the hands where there are there are big pots taking place between this player and other
         players.

    5.   Upon examination of the hands
            a. If nothing is found, issue out template <1D> and close the case. <Finished>

             b. If by remote chance there is something found, proceed to do the following:
                      i. Pause all other suspicious accounts and notate them with template <1I>.
                      ii. Goto document “Cash Game” and follow steps 3 and onward. Do note that Step
                          7 will obviously be done already.
