Thank you for contacting Re-Décor concerning your purchase, we appreciate your
correspondence. The Attractive Appearances are new to our company; as such your feedback is
valuable to our product team. At Re-Décor we strive to enhance the customer experience and
feedback is how we improve our products and our services.
Upon an in-depth investigation, I have found that the Attractive Appearances installed during
the heat wave last summer are now defecting. I believe the cause of the peeling is either due to
the heat, or the installers not mixing the adhesive to the right proportions; these factors could
weaken the bond between the magnetic backing, and the cherry wood veneer. I will be happy
to replace your cherry wood veneers, or provide a refund and uninstall your Attractive
