- 5. About our Delivery Lead: Ketan Varia Ketan Varia has developed a portfolio career over 25 years including roles as board director, management consultant and mentor. He has worked with large and complex organisations (FTSE 250/Global 500) in delivering operational excellence and change management projects. Prior to founding Kinetik Solutions in 2004, Ketan worked at Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini. In 18 years as a management consultant he has delivered over 30 change programmes across 5 continents. Ketan has substantial international experience, including emerging countries of Mauritius and Sri Lanka. He delivered a talk at an international conference in Morocco in 2019. Ketan has been a non-executive board member of an Acute Hospital Trust (equivalent to FTSE 250 organisation) and also served on their Audit and Strategy Committees. He is a Chartered Engineer. He has written a book ‘The Art of Transformational Change’ published in 2015, which has had positive feedback on the Amazon channel.
