18 in Cologne, Germany.

Each year the convention offers an ideal platform for a cross-generational and cross-cultural
dialogue. Therefore 300 excellent students get in touch with renowned executives, founders,
politicians and scientists to discuss current innovations and trends regarding their impact on
existing business models and their chances to generate new influences.
Notable speakers of the World Business Dialogue 2016 included Thomas Sattelberger, Prof.
Murali Chandrashekaran, Dr. Augusto Lopez-Claros and Dr. Christof Mascher, and companies
being represented ranging from Bayer AG to Accenture.

a platform for creative ideas and solutions like no other business convention can. In order to
create an interactive experience every attendee took part in an individual programme.
The students attended Workshops lead by companies like Zurich Insurance Group Germany, AXA
S.A. and BASF SE. Furthermore they were part of Executive Sessions which enabled the
participants to interact with outstanding personalities as Prof. Dr. Dr. Franz Josef Radermacher,
Dr. Ulrich Mitzlaff and Alice Wiegand in a private atmosphere and had the chance to exchange
.
Flor Flores also participated in the first Dialogue Creation Lab organized by the
Organisationsforum Wirtschaftskongress gemeinnützige GmbH and hosted by the University of
Cologne. The Dialogue Creation Lab is a business Hackathon where students who were selected
to join, work on a specific topic or question offered by the hosting company. Flor Flores was part
of a team in the Dialogue Creation Lab and was drafting a presentation about the given task within
3 days during the World Business Dialogue took place.
