practically using the media platforms. It is a tool that make communication
possible like the forum, Facebook and many flat forms.
Electronic communication tools are web sites/blogs, emails, Multimedia,
Discussion groups and many others.

6. The Differences
The differences is that Web tools 1.0 is mostly used by the companies and
specific individuals to design websites according to their own field of interest
and for public use.
Web Tool 2.0 refers to the uses of the social media platforms. You have no
choice but to use what has already created. Eg. DWU website, facebook,
Youtube, emails etc…
