5. TAM
The company looked us up one day before the New
Year’s holiday.
It needed a sworn translation of a leasing contract by
January 2 so the aircraft could be used immediately.
The allocated team spent its holiday working on the
text that was rigorously delivered on time and with
the appropriate quality.

6. AVON
Avon is one of our traditional clients in the classroom
as well. Besides normal translation jobs, it got us
involved in an initiative for quality control of the
translation, by third parties, from a text we had
translated, which was back translated into the
original language. They informed us that the result
exceeded their most optimistic expectations.

7. RGE
Empresa Rio Grandense de Eletricidade hired us for
an interpretation job for a team of five electricians
who won the right to watch the Linemen’s Rodeo in
Kansas City, USA. Our job went much beyond that
and included cultural orientation about the United
States, logistics (transportation, meals and lodging)
and facilitation with the event’s organization. The
team participated in the entire event with the
electricians, approximately 14 hours per day. We
afforded the awarded electricians a rich and
extremely pleasant experience. In their words,

8. Alcon Laboratories
Although our job originally consisted of translating HR
procedure manuals, due to the client’s overload, we
ended up assuming the diagramming and printing of
the material with a quality that was praised by the
client.

9. DFreire
An integrated communications firm that needs
translations of merchandising materials, press
releases and etc., elaborated for its clients. When
they looked us up they had had quality problems with
a previous supplier. Today, we have exclusivity after
jointly developing glossaries and exclusive styles for
their clients.

10. IMS: We are very proud of providing translation
services for IMS in texts ranging from internal
messages to materials for external release, research
and procedures, among others. This is a very
demanding company that breathes quality in
everything it does. Its texts are irreprehensible and
our translations are faithful. IMS has already

Bausch & Lomb: Originally contracted to translate
their sales administration training materials, we ended
up developing an entire set of jargon on the subject
together with the trainers.

11. Creative Adaptations:
From merchandising material for McDonald’s to
comic book characters, we do creative translations
to maintain the same storyline and characteristics in
cases such as those involving the McDonaldland
Gang, Harry Potter, Ice Age 2, Spiderman and
Rebel. Along those same lines, we also translate
video games for Regus do Brasil.
