progressively the company added various digital
options
 The regulator(RBI) has banned Paytm Payments
Bank, the group’s most profitable company, from
acquiring new customers.
 In both financial years 2020 and 2021, the
company reported a fall of 7 percent and 6
percent respectively in revenue
