This ad reflects the new hotel product thanks to the futurist architecturist and guessing
proposals of FHC Q’BRUXELLES’F.
• Concerned Audiences :

RQP, local newspapers and a digital panel on hotel facade are chosen because of the economic
network, strong regional notoriety and touristic frequency.
• Budget :
The amount of the budgeting will be 5 % on ALL INCLUSIVE BUSINESS FIGURE (AIBF).
• Goal :
To give FHC Q’BRUXELLES’F a better picture for growing the commercial offer and the
financial terms.
• Robot :
We estimate 80 000 $ the cost for one robot and we need 29 units.
• Chambermaid :
With an organization without robot, FHC Q’BRUXELLES’F will use 50 chambermaids with
10 rooms to clean. Flexibly, our concept will not be full every day (but we consider it should
do), this task force will be less.
• Business Area :
According the guests wishes, a connected table in each meeting room with seminarists numbers will
be ready in U, circle, school, triangle or theater thanks to SFVS (SEMINAR FITTING VERRIN
SYSTEM).
