  The book that has helped me a lot to improve my teaching skills is "Teaching grammar
  creatively” by Gerngross, Günter et al. (2010). It is a useful book for your everyday classes. It
  helps you to stimulate imagination, good humour and creative classes for your students; not to
  teach grammar in a boring way.
