International Experience
Volunteer work during 2002-2003
school year at Sudbrook Magnet Midd-
le School, in Baltimore, MD, United Sta-
tes of America. Spanish as a second lan-
guage professor assistant, teaching the
language and sharing Mexican culture.
From 2003 to 2012 working in a global en-
vironment, coordinating efforts with people
located in different countries (USA, Ger-
many, India, Romania, among others). In
year 2002 I took the ESL program for 6
months in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Languages: Fluent English, Spanish (native
language).
I love to enjoy what I do. I like respon-
sability, compromise, to teach and learn
from everyone, being a promoter of colla-
boration, motivation and respect. I belie-
ve on the value of all people and the con-
tribution of each one. I love to work on
creative projects and, at the same time, I
like to be analytic and to create processes.
I like to work, to read, to enjoy nature and to
spend time discovering new things. I enjoy
to spend time with my family and our dogs.

Following areas were under my responsability: Extensión Universitaria wich includes: attracting new students, marketing, events,
university press, medical area, culture and sports department; as well as the business incubator of the University and IT Support
team.
I increased the school enrollment by 35% compared with historical data. Budget inverted during this period was the lowesuu-
pon stadistics.

doubled the number of visits to University official facebook in 3 weeks.

improved the institutional image through the implementation of manual of identity which included a new logotype, a

Hiring, supervision and evaluation of performance of a team composed of 28 people working on 5 different processes including:
Web Developers, Graphis Designers, Publishers, SEO & Search Specialists; creating multidisciplinary teams through cross-training
and documentation, resulting in the enrichment of the operations, and favoring an environment of collaboration and respect. Among
the relevant activities that stood out and were performed by the teams under my supervision I can mention: HP’s United States
main homepage update (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/home.html), launching and maintenance of corporate news (Newsroom), in-
ternal search engine management (Search), search ranking of websites (SEO), as well as website developers special duties such as
the creation of registry forms aimed at events and promos. This position required coordination and cooperation in a global scale,
interacting with different leaders across HP locations in Europe, Asia and the United States as we worked on setting up the Follow
the Sun model, this in order to assure the proper running of the operations in a global manner, as one single team. Achievements:

oordinating the launch of new Hewlett Packard CEO (Meg Whitman).

unching of the new look and feel of the HP.com portal in more than 5,000 pages, including the United States’ homepage,
creating a semi-automated process in order to speed up the launching process.

arry into effect of the new Follow the Sun model to ensure a 24/7 coverage of the processes for which I was res-
ponsible, this through coordination with operations across Europe and Asia, aligning of metrics on various geogra-
phic locations, calculation of these metrics in a global manner, and engaging in a Handover methodology to secure
the continuity of work across different time zones.

Program Manager
Coordination of diverse Software projects for customers located in the United States. From registry form development di- rec-
ted to events and promos to special projects intended to integrate specific functionalities on websites which require pro- gram-
ming. It was necessary for this position to coordinate a development team and the stakeholders, it was important to en- sure
the data flow amongst different databases, such as PRT and Siebel, and also coordinating the delivery of reminders to
registered audiences to an event two days before and two hours before it took place, in addition to the creation of automated
reports directed to Stakeholders to keep them informed at all times of the attendants choosing to register for their campaigns.
Major achievements:

uring my time in this position, I proposed an improvement and cost reduction project, which was approved and which I led
until its consolidation, among the activities I carried out was the financial analysis to prove savings of more than 164 thousand
dollars a year for the company and guaranteed a smooth transition avoiding any negative impact on the operations.
N
ew high-specialization job positions (web developers) were created in Guadalajara, Jalisco based on my proposal of
transitioning these positions from the United States and Argentina to Mexico, resulting in 5 highly qualified jobs being
generated in our country.
I
organized, documented and implemented the methodology to follow across this organization through the crea-
tion of a dedicated Sharepoint.
I
proposed a new In-House payment model through memberships for our clients, which resulted in savings
on the operational expenses and likewise, based on this new model, our clients were also able to reduce
their own prices.

Experience working as a part of a global team where members were located in different time zones: Germany, India, Rumania and Mexico.
Creation and publication of banners on HP sites all around the world (EMEA, APJ, LAR regions, Canada and United States) was part of my
duties, as well as representing and leadering the mexican team, monitoring performance and keeping track of efficiency metrics. I worked
