wouldn’t be sustainable on the long

also an investor’s fiduciary duty, as well as a
kind of financial responsibility for all the
stakeholders

as a form of socially responsible
property investing (SRPI) as well as
from real estate investment trusts
(REITs) that invest to at least some
degree in Green buildings.

towards its core competencies and the rationalization
of assets, at the same time that aligning the best
management with the Riverstone’s insight, capital
and access to achieve extraordinary results.

assets of Renewable Energies directly
as geothermal or bioethanol, or to
equity participation in companies who
are involved in the Renewables or to
