14. Why Buy Units instead of Repurchasing? Last year it made sense
to repurchase a lot. This year it makes more sense to buy units.
WHY?
When the Daily Revenue Share approaches HK$100 per day
(currently in the 60's), the company will stop all recruiting and all
repurchasing. The concept of Toucan packages will be gone and
only the number of units you have will be used to determine your
daily Revenue Share. For example, if you have 31 units, you will
get 31 shares no matter how many times you are dipping for that
unit. That is why the number of units you own is important.
When will this happen? A good question that really has no answer
yet, but as you watch the Daily Revenue Share increase each
week this year, and as it approaches the high 90's, you will know
that the conversion is close. It is not expected to happen before
January 2015 so buy units evenly all year while you still can.

15. What Happens in Phase 3?
When Phase 3 is stabilized and producing between HK$95
and HK$100 per day in profit share the Business Plan Goals
will be realized and the following will occur:
All Purchasing and Repurchasing of Units and Packages will stop.
Existing Packages at the time will be paid the full 99 payments
cycle.
The concept of Toucan Packages will no longer exist.
All MLM Commissions and Bonuses of any kind will be replaced
by the new Profit Share 5 days per week per Unit.
Profit Share will be based on the number of Units owned.
To receive Profit Share you will be required to view an ad on BP8
and answer three questions.
If you miss watching an ad, you will still receive profit share but it
will be reduced to 50%.

with 7 units and converted US$4,500 from your e or sWallets
into CASH INTO YOUR BANK. You convert even more of

Hang Seng Bank:
All Checks disbursed in Hong Kong are written from this
bank. The bank has placed a limit of 100 checks a day to a
maximum of HK$50,000 each. Members come to the Hong
Kong office to pick up their checks. Currently, checks are
being written for requests received prior to Nov 15. Coming
to Hong Kong to pick up a check will not speed up getting it.
As most of you know, the banking authorities in Hong Kong,
who are somewhat required to comply with the anti-terrorism
campaign of our Federal Reserve and government have
placed restrictions on Better Living due to the large amount
of transfers previously made in 2013. So – What is the
current status?

HSBC Bank
All Wires are ordered and disbursed from this bank. The
bank has placed a limit of US$200,000 or 100 wires per
day. Currently, wires are being sent for all October
corrected requests and for first time requests dated prior
to November 15.
It is important to note that for either checks or bank wires,
the date that determines the date of request is:
For first time withdrawal requests, the date you sent
back the verification of wire information to customer
service is the determination date.
For subsequent withdrawals, the date of the withdrawal
is the determination date.

90% of the 30 bank wires I witnessed being sent one
afternoon in China had errors that were the result of
careless input from the Members expecting the cash.
These errors took an inordinate amount of time to
research and correct delaying additional wires for that day.

WITHDRAWAL REQUEST IS PERFECTLY ACCURATE!
As the large backlog of withdrawal requests is slowly
diminished due to the current limits of one withdrawal a
month, the time for withdrawal wires will shorten. Just
getting through the huge October request pool considering
the banking limits was a substantial task and is almost
complete. After November is done, the process should
slowly speed up again.
