After admitting by the contract’s both parties
of their capacity to contract, they’ve agreed
between themselves on the following:
Preamble
As the first party owns by buying from “Red
Sea Club Company” chalet No. (6) model (2)
which its surface area is 94 square meters and
for unity in the land on which the building ‘s
co-ownership in common in the construction
parts conjoined units in addition to the
chalet’s garden.
Whereas, the desire of the parties and with a
valid acceptance and affirmative, They have
agreed on the selling of the chalet “The
subject of the contract” by the first party to
the second party on the following terms and
conditions:
The first item
The previous preamble considered as an
integral part of this contract and complement
to it.

‫األول‬ ‫البند‬
The second item
The first party had sold and dropped to the
second party disposable so what is land and
building of chalet No. (6) model (2) which is 94
square meters and what belongs to the unit in
the land on which the building has taking a
part of as well as the joint property in
common in parts of the building in conjoined
units, as well as the front and rear garden of
the chalet.
The third item
This selling has been made with valid
acceptance and affirmative and with a total
price 120,000 US dollars. Fully paid in the
council of the contract to the first party and
the signing of the first party on this contract is
considering as a quittance and receiving the
full amount of money.
The forth item
The ownership of this chalet has been
purchased by buying from Red Sea Club
Company- Moon Beach Village through the
primary sale contract dated on 1 / 9 / 2009
which have fallen to the property under an
allocation resolution of the General Authority
for Tourism Development and the local unit of
Ras Sidr city.
The fifth item
The first party acknowledges that the equity
of redemption is devoid of any original or
subordination estate of lands such as
mortgage and captive competence and
prerogative and that it had never disposed
of by sale or mortgage and that it’s free f
any debt to the original owner or any
premiums and that he had paid all the fees
and debts of the chalet to the company,
owner of the project.
The sixth item
First party commits any fees or taxes or
otherwise till the date of this contract
however the other party is committed after
the date of this contract.

The seventh item
The second party acknowledges that he
surveyed the chalet “the subject of contract”

purchased on its situation.
The eighth item
The first party ensures this selling immediately
and in the future as a maturity guarantee and
ensure future exposure, whether physical or
legal.
The ninth item
The parties of this contract acknowledges to
deliver and the second party to receive the
chalet from the date of signing the contract
and that it is in the possession of the second
party, the tenure quiet stable possession, and
that he has the right to act as the owner of the
property.
The tenth item
The first party is committed to edit proxy to
the second party allows irrevocable sale to self
or to others and appear before the competent
court for recognition of the validity of the
signature of this contract and recognizing the
validity and force the act and also committed
to appear before the selling company to waive
this act to the other party.
The eleventh item
The parties of this contract recognize that the
contract is irrevocable and that if a party of
this contract breached this condition or any
other condition in this contract, recurrent
party or the other party who violates any
provision of these terms is committed to pay
an amount of 20,000 American Dollar.
The twelfth item
The parties of this contract admit that the
address shown at the beginning of this
contract is the valid address which it’s valid for
the ads and the legal correspondence and the
parties undertake to notify each other if any of
them changes the address.

(First party vendor) And Mrs. Laura Jane Worley- English nationality – Christian - living in Moat Farm- Chart Sutton – Maidstone - Kent - Me173es - England. (Second party buyer) After admitting by the contract’s both parties of their capacity to contract, they’ve agreed between themselves on the following: Preamble As the first party owns by buying from “Red Sea Club Company” chalet No. (6) model (2) which its surface area is 94 square meters and for unity in the land on which the building ‘s co-ownership in common in the construction parts conjoined units in addition to the chalet’s garden. The third item This selling has been made with valid acceptance and affirmative and with a total price 120,000 US dollars. Fully paid in the council of the contract to the first party and the signing of the first party on this contract is considering as a quittance and receiving the full amount of money. The forth item The ownership of this chalet has been purchased by buying from Red Sea Club Company- Moon Beach Village through the primary sale contract dated on 1 / 9 / 2009 which have fallen to the property under an allocation resolution of the General Authority for Tourism Development and the local unit of Ras Sidr city. The fifth item The first party acknowledges that the equity of redemption is devoid of any original or subordination estate of lands such as mortgage and captive competence and prerogative and that it had never disposed of by sale or mortgage and that it’s free f any debt to the original owner or any premiums and that he had paid all the fees and debts of the chalet to the company, owner of the project.
