Located in the peaceful setting of our Art Garden,
Jian Taiji offer 2 qualified instructors at each class,
both with knowledge and experience in Chen Tai Chi
gained since 1996.
Please note: Participants must arrive at the Art Garden

bad weather. Comfortable, flat footwear is advised.

English National Ballet’s Dance for Parkinson’s programme
extends unique opportunities to people with Parkinson’s,
their carers, friends and family, to engage in creative dance
activity to live music led by professional artists. The dance
classes are fun and expressive and explore the themes,
choreography and music of the ballets. Participants gain
an insight into the way a production is put together with
opportunities to see English National Ballet performances.

Fallen Angel
Fallen Angels Dance Theatre runs dance workshops, projects
and performances for people in recovery in the North West.
They work in partnership with Inspiring Healthy Lives and the
Turnpike in Wigan and Leigh and The Orchard and Achieve
Recovery service in Salford. The performances use recovery
narratives as starting points which makes them deeply
personal and insightful.
