Our Unrivalled Senior Military Speaker Line Up:
“It will be my privilege to participate in this event. The topics of the conference are perfectly
tailored to the current issues we need to solve in the Central European Armed Forces”
Major General Bohuslav Dvorak, Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Czech Armed Forces
2015 HELICOPTER TECHNOLOGY EASTERN EUROPE HIGHLIGHTS:
Dear Colleague,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in the second annual
Helicopter Technology Eastern Europe conference taking place between
the 19th and 20th May 2016, Budapest, Hungary.
At our first conference we achieved a great deal by bringing together senior
rotary air craft programme managers, heads of air force and platform
acquisition leaders from Central European Countries. The goal was to share
information and facilitate debate on how best to modernise the capability
and development of Helicopter Technology across allied and interoperable
defence forces. We believe this was achieved, but have no doubt that the
discussion must continue.
Multinational operations still remain reliant on interoperability of approach,
communication and systems. This means that NATO and EU member states,
as well as associated allied forces, must combine knowledge, experience
and force capability. Rotary fleets must be modernised and upgraded
across Europe and the need for multipurpose aircraft is a priority for many.
The requirements and projects are well defined now, with many nations
embarking on significant plans for modernisation and capability
advancement.
There is therefore a need for a high level meeting that brings together senior
military leadership, project decision makers and technical experts alongside
the helicopter manufacturers and cutting edge industry solution providers to
collaborate on future endeavours that will enhance the security and stability
of Central Europe and its neighbouring countries.
I believe Helicopter Technology Eastern Europe 2016 is the perfect
environment for this collaboration, hence lending my support behind the
conference as chairman.
We would ask you to pay particular attention to our conference agenda
which has been put together with great care to give you the very best
opportunity to benchmark and learn from subject matter experts. We have
invited only the most senior and well respected Helicopter Programme
Managers and the seniority of the speakers is a demonstration of the
communities support for such an important regional forum.
I am looking forward to meeting you in May 2016 with many other
likeminded individuals to ensure you too can benefit from this unique forum.
Yours Sincerely,
Major General Bohuslav Dvorak,
Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff,
Czech Armed Forces
Chairman of Helicopter Technology Eastern Europe 2016

The topics of the conference are perfectly tailored to the current issues we need to solve in the Central European Armed Forces” Major General Bohuslav Dvorak, Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Czech Armed Forces 2015 HELICOPTER TECHNOLOGY EASTERN EUROPE HIGHLIGHTS: Dear Colleague, It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in the second annual Helicopter Technology Eastern Europe conference taking place between the 19th and 20th May 2016, Budapest, Hungary. At our first conference we achieved a great deal by bringing together senior rotary air craft programme managers, heads of air force and platform acquisition leaders from Central European Countries. The goal was to share information and facilitate debate on how best to modernise the capability and development of Helicopter Technology across allied and interoperable defence forces. We believe this was achieved, but have no doubt that the discussion must continue. Multinational operations still remain reliant on interoperability of approach, communication and systems. This means that NATO and EU member states, as well as associated allied forces, must combine knowledge, experience and force capability. Rotary fleets must be modernised and upgraded across Europe and the need for multipurpose aircraft is a priority for many. The requirements and projects are well defined now, with many nations embarking on significant plans for modernisation and capability advancement. There is therefore a need for a high level meeting that brings together senior military leadership, project decision makers and technical experts alongside the helicopter manufacturers and cutting edge industry solution providers to collaborate on future endeavours that will enhance the security and stability of Central Europe and its neighbouring countries. I believe Helicopter Technology Eastern Europe 2016 is the perfect environment for this collaboration, hence lending my support behind the conference as chairman. We would ask you to pay particular attention to our conference agenda which has been put together with great care to give you the very best opportunity to benchmark and learn from subject matter experts. We have invited only the most senior and well respected Helicopter Programme Managers and the seniority of the speakers is a demonstration of the communities support for such an important regional forum. I am looking forward to meeting you in May 2016 with many other likeminded individuals to ensure you too can benefit from this unique forum. Yours Sincerely, Major General Bohuslav Dvorak, Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Czech Armed Forces Chairman of Helicopter Technology Eastern Europe 2016 Focused Discussions and NetworkingGenerals Panel Discussing Future Helicopter Capability Brigadier General Jaromir Sebesta, Deputy Commander, Czech Air Force To attend, contact Paul Deller on Tel +44 (0) 20 7827 6194, Fax +44 (0) 20 7827 6195, email pdeller@smi-online.co.uk or visit www.smi-online.co.uk/ts01.asp to register online
