- Creating a New Certification
- Certificates’ Q/A Building and linking
- User Login – allows the certifications to be seen and taken.
- Certification start screen – stating the parameters
- Typical Q/A screen, with Questions roadmap in the left – Qs can be taken in any order. Qs and the options within are randomly generated.
- User may pause and resume the certification.
- Resume brings the user to the same question and with the same time settings as was at the time of pausing.
- Engine detects Internet/Intranet disconnection and handles the user settings to allow subsequent continuation.
- After the last question, the user can reattempt any skipped questions (depicted on the roadmap) or even review/reattempt the questions.
- Review state of the question is depicted.
- Unsuccessful attempt result screen
- Successful attempt result screen – Details of earlier attempts, if any, can be seen through a link.
- Details of earlier attempts appear in a pop-up.
- And, finally the certificate to print and display!
- Administrator get options for range of reports – on Courses in the system, Enrollments, Learners’ Progress, Certification.
- Reports of for top management on certification can also be included. Like all reports these reports can be accessed on the basis or report formats, country, region, department, course, start date, end date, region, domain, location, designation, certification and learner name.
