Our example model is connected to our course, HRDM. Communication is important
for HR in conducting an interview for them to make a fair evaluation of the applicant's
qualifications. Based on our model, there are many barriers of communication while
doing an interview, the applicant's background noise, anxiety and bad internet
connection in which can cause interruptions and misunderstandings. In order to avoid
these problems and for the HR to make a fair evaluation, the applicant should check
his internet connection, check his surroundings and be ready for the interview.

Communication has significance in our lives. We might not notice it most of the time
but almost everything that we do in our daily lives, communication is part of it.
Communication is what makes us connect with other people through sharing our
thoughts or ideas. Learning from this activity, the process of how every individuals
communicate with each other, by sending and receiving messages with different kinds
of medium, we could recognize how good or bad communication is going on in every
interaction. We can learn and practice to have good communication.
Communication is the means by which employees exchange information and
ideas. As a Human Resources, Communicating effectively is important because
it boost employees morale, engagement, productivity and satisfaction.
Communicating is for better team collaboration and cooperation as it build
strong relationship and living them at the same page where they can move up
successfully.
Good Quality Communication will be achieve if both party knows how to listen carefully with each
other with giving enough time to response , analyze and Deliver there answer in a clear andn
precise way. According to our model achieving goals to a good quality communication needs a
better understanding not only with the process of how communication works but on how to apply
it through the process. Conducting an interview is our representing scenario that also connects to
our course wherein it gives an example of communication and better example or barriers that
having a conversation through channels mostly encounters by people. Thus this scenario not only
to be encountered in an interview but in our daily life which we should adapt , control and exercise
knowing that not every conversation is perfect and smooth.

So, the example we gave is that we connected it to our course, which is
HRDM, because communication is important to us since we are HR and
we need communication skills. In this example, it's about an online
interview. Here, we will know how to process the communication via an
online interview.
