I have trustedEmma withmyneedssince onlyrecentlycompletinganassignmentinSaudi Arabia
and thena friendof mine askedme if Iwas available toassistona shutdownthat BLH wasengaged
inat OlympicDamforthe purpose of BHP Billiton’s millingsurface operations.
It was at thisstage that I firstnoticedthe professionalismthatEmmadisplayedwhenaddressinga
predominatelymale workforce thatcouldbe seentobe intimidatinginherline of workandshe was
not afraidto addressthe real issues andsupportthe personnel thatshe hadrepresentingBLHonsite
nor wasshe phasedabouthavingtoaddressthe otherissuesrelatingtopersonnel conductand
safetyonthe BHP B site whilstdirectlyemployedbyBLH.
Nowthat I have movedonto a Major Projectleadersrole,Ihave hadnohesitationincontacting
Emma to assistme withmy labourshortfall requirementsnorwillIhave anyissue inthe future as I
knowthat she isan honestand reliablesource forme to utilise enablingme tocomfortable tender
for majorworkshavingthe back up of qualityscreenedlabourpersonnel onlyaphone call away.
I am currentlyutilisingasmall numberof personnelfromEmmabutwiththe transformationproject
beginninginourhome base PortPire,Itwill absorbthe majorityof mypermanentemployeesandI
will be requiringfurtherpersonnel fromBLHtocover myshortfallsincompletingourcurrent
assignmentinWhyallaaswell asanyfurtherprojectsinthisarea thatI have currentlytenderedforif
successful.
