Maxalea is a third generation, family owned general landscape contractor. The company has roughly 100
employees serving residential and commercial clients. Provided backup support for Contract Manager,
Billing Coordinator, Accounts Receivable and Administrative Assistants as needed. Assemble necessary
paperwork for daily workflow. Create annual maintenance contracts. Maintain master spreadsheets
including estimating, daily sales and contract renewals. Perform additional clerical duties as needed.
Towson Golf & Country Club, Phoenix, MD

Lifeguard
Towson Golf and Country Club is a private, member-owned club with roughly 50 employees.
The club maintains a laid back, family-friendly atmosphere, and exists for the enjoyment and recreation
of its members, their families and guests. Responsible for the safety of patrons in and around the pool
area of this private country club. Represented the staff of TGCC by maintaining a professional attitude at
all times. Communicated and enforced Club rules and regulations to Club members and their guests in a
professional and courteous manner. Identified and communicated any potentially dangerous situations
at the facility to the Pool Manger.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Kalu Yala, Panama
January – April, 2015
Internship in Panama with Kala Yala Entrepreneurial Internships focused on development of a
sustainable community. Individual project to be accomplished during the internship is being developed.
The Bermuda Environment, Bermuda Institute of Ocean Studies (BIOS), Bermuda
May - June 2013
Intensive course designed to provide instruction on the natural history of the complex ecology of the
Bermuda islands including the impact of human habitation. Accessed potential methods of addressing
current environmental concerns. Studied coral reef and mangrove ecology, fisheries, endangered bird
colonies and the impact of tourism. Researched and reported on a comparative study of the Bermuda
coral reefs over time and the effect of erosion.
