BIG Prepaid MasterCard Plastic is a physical card that comes with a string of travel related benefits – from booking flight tickets on www.airasia.com to the actual trip. It carries a card limit of RM10,000, so you can preload the card to up to RM10,000 for instore or online purchases. It is a safe and convenient alternative way to carrying your holiday travel money while controlling your expenses because you can’t spend more than the money you have in the card!

Step 1: Login to your account with the login

Step 3: Select the card to activate and tick the ‘I have receive my card’ box.
Step 4: Enter the CVV number (the 3-digit number in reverse italics
on the back of your BIG Prepaid MasterCard).
Step 5: For security reasons, you are required to request for a
One-Time-Password (OTP), which will be sent to your registered
mobile number for verification purposes. Enter the OTP
received and click the ‘ACTIVATE’ button.
Step 6: Please check your updated card status via the Account
Summary page upon successful activation. The status should
read ‘ACTIVE’. You will also receive a SMS via your registered
mobile number that your card activation is successful.

Step 3: Click on ‘MULTI-CURRENCY CONVERSION’ on the
side menu bar.
Step 2: Click on ‘ACCOUNT’ on the top menu bar.
Step 4: Select the card to convert foreign currencies into.
Step 5: Input the currency conversion details accordingly and click
the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
Step 6: Please check your updated currency conversion details via
Account Summary page upon successful transaction. You will
also receive a SMS via your registered mobile number that
your currency conversion is successful.
Note: You are required to convert funds from your Ringgit Malaysia wallet to other
Listed Currency (i.e. USD) before any transaction can be made in that particular
currency. You may convert and load up to six different currencies wallets (MYR, USD,
EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD) into your BIG Prepaid MasterCard.

Step 4: Select the card to change ATM PIN number and key in your
preferred 6-digit ATM PIN number via the on-screen numeric keypad.
Step 5: For security reasons, you are required to request for a One-
Time-Password (OTP), which will be sent to your registered
mobile number for verification purposes. Enter the OTP
received and click the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
Once confirmed, the new 6-digit ATM PIN number will take effect
immediately. You may use the new PIN for all ATM transactions.

Step 3: You may update your BIG Shot ID or amend your passport
details (a softcopy of your latest passport is required) and contact

required).

Summary page. For locked card, the status should read
‘LOCKED’.
If you have misplaced your card or if you wish to temporarily lock
