EDUCATION AND MILITARY BACKGROUND
High school education - Ordnance corps military college – Mechanical and electrical orientation.
Various mechanics and technician courses at Israel Electric Corporation.
Full regular service at armored engineering unit. Reserve duty up to the age of 55 under various
ordnance corps units.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1980 – 1986:
Technician at coal power station in Lyon: installation of central air-conditioning systems and
heat pumps – including installation of mechanical systems such as industrial compactors and
valves.
1986 – 1994:
Foreman at Caracas Metro leading a team of mechanical systems at the first stages of the
underground infrastructure installation: installation of automated navigation system, air-
conditioning systems and communication accommodation equipment.
1994 – 2015:
Foreman at Israel Electric Corporation leading various teams establishing electrical power
stations, including installation of industrial pumps, turbines, and various spinning equipment.
Cooperation with numerous representatives of leading international companies such as General
Electric, Alstom, Siemens and Ansaldo.
Large experience in fields of turbines, pumps, cooling facilities (both air and water cooling),
including foundations checks prior to the casting of these systems, leveling checks and detailed
systems alignement.
Participated in the installation of P.R.M.S. Systems at natural gas power stations of Ehskol and
Reding ,cooperating with Pietro Fiorentini representatives: installation of natural gas piping
from 3” to 24”, heat exchanger , filters and related valves,expansion joint ,flame arrestor .

Natural Gas:
Took the first Israel course (led by Israel Electric Corporation) for working with natural gas at
power stations and received a formal certificate accordingly.
July 2014:
Worked for Israel Electric Corporation at Lubango, Angola: Supervision of hydraulic turbines
installation for new power plant and future activation. Cooperated with local technicians and
Mitrelli representatives.
