The sun rises early
and goes down late.
The day is longer
than night. The
weather is hot and
dry, but there are
also thunderstorms
with short
downpours.
3. Summer is the time
when the most
delicious fruits ripen
– pears, apples,
plums, watermelons,
forest strawberries,
raspberries,
blueberries. Eat your
fill to be healthy.
4. The ears of wheat have ripe golden grains. It’s
harvest-time. People gather in the crops
carefully. Ants and mice are not lazy, either!
5. Simmer is time for
holiday and rest. The
sun, the air and
water should be
your best friends.
