Zero,
  went
  to
  Paris,
  learned
  “to
  think”
  and
  indeed
  appreciate
  philosophy
  and

literature.
  First,
  started
  my
  studies
  in
  arts
  and
  in
  the
  humanities.
  There
  theories

of
  human
  creatures
  formed
  a
  base
  for
  my
  comprehension
  of
  scientific
  thinking.

In
  art,
  life
  was
  like
  a
  being
  born
  out
  of
  nature
  slowly
  moving
  in
  forests
  and
  at

festivals.
  Second,
  studies
  in
  the
  humanities
  (history
  of
  ideas)
  created
  a
  reflection

about
  how
  (different
  scientific
  disciplines)
  aim
  to
  describe
  and
  understand
  the

world.
  Were
  kindly
  invited
  to
  some
  representatives
  of
  the
  Stockholm
  version
  of

“Generation
  X”:
  the
  Ironic
  Generation.
  In
  those
  days,
  it
  all
  ended
  with
  the
  phrase:

Ironic
  thinking
  might
  be
  too
  distant
  to
  reality
  with
  the
  consequence
  that
  the

reality
  is
  not
  longer
  described.
  Went
  to
  ex-‐Yugoslavia
  and
  spent
  some
  time
  with

life-‐saving
  people
  in
  the
  middle
  of
  a
  former
  war-‐zone.
  Then
  dove
  down
  in
  the

seas
  by
  the
  Canary
  Islands
  were
  some
  white
  reef-‐sharks
  whispered
  to
  me
  about

Biodiversity
  and
  Ecosystem
  Functioning
  (B-‐EF).
  Nowadays,
  I
  work
  as
  a

consultant
  in
  marine
  ecology.
  In
  brief,
  life’s
  thinking
  processes
  has
  over
  time

influenced
  my
  own
  personal
  understanding
  and
  description
  of
  the
  world.
