Vinul, franciza și cardul Compliments®
Murfatlar a câştigat 273 de medalii din 2002 până în prezent, din care mai mult de jumătate sunt de
aur. Cele mai prestigioase concursuri internaţionale la care Murfatlar a obţinut medalii sunt: Concurs
mondial de Bruxelles, Chardonnay du monde, Les citadelles du vin, Vinitaly, Muscats du
Monde. Ultima medalie obţinută a fost aur la Concursul Rose du Monde în Mai 2014.
Cu un astfel de palmares, în anul 2010 se lansează conceptul Crama Murfatlar, menit să ofere cea
mai largă gamă de produse, în proximitatea casei şi o servire de tip consiliere. Şi toate astea fără
nevoia de reeducare a pieţei.
“Vinurile se pot degusta gratis, alegerea fiind făcută direct de către client. Murfatlar vine cu brandul,
know how-ul, promoţiile, trainingul şi cu stocul de marfă. Investitorul vine cu locaţia şi administrează
crama. În felul acesta, consumatorul beneficiază de un mediu civilizat, aceleaşi preţuri şi promoţii în
orice locaţie de acest tip, plus atmosfera de vinărie oferită de designul unitar al Cramelor Murfatlar” –

Şi dacă toate acestea n-ar fi fost suficiente, Murfatlar a dorit să pună la punct şi un sistem de
stimulare a vânzărilor în crame, printr-un mecanism de puncte pe tip de produs, activate diferit de la
o lună la alta, astfel încât să acopere gradual toată gama de vinuri puse în vânzare prin intermediul
francizelor.
Mai trebuia găsită doar soluţia cea mai elegantă şi eficientă de a susţine acest tip de concurs de
