-Plz do not send the material ,If PCB tracks looks burn out

-Always mention the Emergency requirement :how fast Client need cards.
Method of repair(step wise)
Step-1 Receiving of Electronic Cards
Step-2 Taking the Images of all PCB
Step-3 Send to REPAIR FACILITY section to catch the Nature of Fault
Step-4 Take the Backup of Card
Step-5 Send to ANALYSE SECTION for probable CAUSE
Step-6 Make ESTIMATION/COSTING to Quote CLIENT
Step-7 After getting confirmed Job order and advance START REPAIRING
Step-8 Again sends back to automation division for restoring the backup and check for the card’s
performance
Step-9 Call client for pick up the material after testing in-house.
Step-10 Dispatch the material
TERMS & CONDITIONS for repair of electronic cards
1) Fault Analysis and Cost estimation Charges
Rs 500 Per Card chargeable in Cash ,only in case Client is not interested to repair the electronic Card from US (No
components Details shall be mentioned in Quote) This is applicable for new customers and non registered company with us in
vendor list

2) DISCOUNT
- The price Offered Above are Already Discounted and are Non-negotiable

2. 3) Emergency repair Charges
- Rs 1500 Extra Charges for delivery within 48HRS for our non registered and non
vendors
company
4) TAXES
-Service Tax Extra Applicable @12.36%
5) PAYMENT
- 100% Advance
6) DELIVERY
-10-25 days
7) WARRANTY
-02 month from the date of invoice to acceptance
8) VALIDITY OF OFFER
- 07 days from the date of offer.
9) Material Pick-up /Delivery charges thru shivam’s field Engineer
- Rs 6.50 per km
- The amount will be Payable cash immediately to field boy from our NON
registered vendors
10) Material Pick-up /Delivery charges thru Courier
- In scope of client
- Client will send the Material and Pickup the Material thru his own courier agency
- In case Material is sent back to client without repair, The Delivery charges shall be
payable in CASH
- For pickup and delivery, No Conveyance/Courier receipt will be given.
11) Packing & freight Forwarding
-2% Extra in case of repaired item
12) Insurance
-2.5% Extra, if Insurance is not mentioned in PO, the material will be sent without
insurance,
Any loss OR damage during the routing or delivering, shivam will not take any
responsibility
13) Product testing /Installation CHARGES

3. -Any charges towards the testing and installation at site, shall be extra chargeable
@ Rs 3000 in NCR
And Rs 6000 Ex-NCR

Conveyance applicable @ rs 6.50 per Km in cash immediately.
Lodging/Boarding extra in Scope of M/S Clients
14) Job order CANCELLATION
- NO JO cancellation is accepted, in such case all advance will be forfeited.
15) BANK DETAILS
Can be provided on demand
16) Site repairing charges
-We do not do Site repairing unless very much required
17) Password protection
-if there is any password found in CPU during the visit, because of that engineer
cannot execute work ,and forced to return without correction of equipment , Full
charges shall be applicable in that case
18) Application Backup
-shivam repair will not take any responsibility, if Application Backup of
PLC/VFD/Servo/HMI is lost during repair. Also there is no guarantee of taking backup in
case the module is password protected.
Shivam repair Will give any application backup to the client , on the minimum charges
of Rs 3000.
