I’m Graduate Trainee Engineer at Engro Fertilizer, a Chemical Engineer focused on understanding and operation of Urea industry. In this role I am preparing myself to be able to work as a shift Engineer after one year, Not only the technical learning , I am also understanding and practicing HSE and Six Sigma which is making me to groom as a package. Before joining EFert as a GTE, I worked for two months as an Inter Engineer at Engro Fertilizer, and was lucky enough to work on steam optimization of Urea Plant.
