Office 365: Digital transformation of the internal processes at IIS and La Fe
The health research institute Instituto de
Investigación Sanitaria La Fe is a non-profit
organization that manages the research and
science policy of La Fe Hospital in Valencia.
Comprising more than de 20 areas in constant
growth, the Hospital required solutions and
tools to facilitate collaboration between
departments and to increase competitiveness,
profitability and productivity in all areas of the
Institute.
For these reasons, they decided to start
a digital transformation process with the help of
ENCAMINA. The solution chosen to manage
the change was Office 365.
Example of a campaign to facilitate
the change management and the
Office365 (Yammer) collaborative
solutions at Telefónica.
Not only did we create videos to aid
in the understanding and use of
yammer but also posters, claims,
yam-jam support, accompaniment,
etc.
Helping Telefónica adopt Yammer
Using Yammer for communication, knowledge and equipment activation
SPB is a company dedicated to the design,
innovation and manufacture of household
cleaning products, personal care products and
pharmaceuticals, committed to the environment
and its employees.
In this project, we have helped them implement
the corporate social network Yammer and we
have guided them in their first steps, making
Yammer one of their main communication
channels and solving the communication
obstacles that until then existed in the company.
Improving productivity with AZURE: the School in the Cloud
The Brains International Schools group consists of
a set of private bilingual and intercultural schools.
Their education offering is distributed in five
centers located between Madrid and the Canary
Islands, with a team of more than 500 workers
and nearly 4000 students.
The diversity of the schools, the
powerful administrative burden of the financial,
academic and labor departments, as well as the
somewhat oversized traditional infrastructure (on
local servers), made them look for a new strategy
with the help of ENCAMINA. The solution chosen
to support this digital transformation was AZURE.
SharePoint to stimulate tourism and citizen services
The town of Sagunto, with almost 70,000
inhabitants and a privileged strategic logistics
location, is one of the most important cities in the
Valencian Community.
The City Board of Sagunto wanted to enhance its
tourist potential, as a starting point for the new
corporate Web Portal.
Counting on the guidelines established by the
mayor and its objective of “Enhancing the value of
the brand SAGUNTO” we proposed the new
information architecture and visual design suitable
for the project.
Cloud & mobility for the quality control of SanLucar Fruits
SanLucar Fruit is a German multinational
specialized in the production and
commercialization of fresh fruit and vegetables.
At present it has more than 2,000 employees
distributed among the 35 countries where it is
present with offices, headquarters and
production areas.
The main objective and differential value of this
multinational is the quality of the more than 90
fruit and vegetable varieties that they distribute
across the globe, fully dedicating their efforts to
orientate themselves to a very specific market
of Premium fruits and vegetables.
Skype for Business and SharePoint as an operational intranet and
employee self-service at Ribera Salud Group hospitals
The implementation of Skype for Business and
SharePoint On-Premises in the various hospitals
of the Ribera Salud Group has enabled them to
enhance data management, improve
communication and optimize efficiency in the
departmental and employee processes.
Dynamics365 and ENCAMINA: Implementing a CRM strategy in the
company
After years using Dynamics 365 as our CRM, at
ENCAMINA, we want to share with other companies
how it allows us to have a 360-degree view of
customers, sales and business.
At ENCAMINA the collaborative work between the
Marketing, Commercial, Administration and Customer
Service departments is carried out through Dynamics
365 to interact with the clients, manage sales and
marketing, make decisions etc.

Office 365: Digital transformation of the internal processes at IIS and La Fe The health research institute Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria La Fe is a non-profit organization that manages the research and science policy of La Fe Hospital in Valencia. Comprising more than de 20 areas in constant growth, the Hospital required solutions and tools to facilitate collaboration between departments and to increase competitiveness, profitability and productivity in all areas of the Institute. For these reasons, they decided to start a digital transformation process with the help of ENCAMINA. The solution chosen to manage the change was Office 365.

  • 18. Improving productivity with AZURE: the School in the Cloud The Brains International Schools group consists of a set of private bilingual and intercultural schools. Their education offering is distributed in five centers located between Madrid and the Canary Islands, with a team of more than 500 workers and nearly 4000 students. The diversity of the schools, the powerful administrative burden of the financial, academic and labor departments, as well as the somewhat oversized traditional infrastructure (on local servers), made them look for a new strategy with the help of ENCAMINA. The solution chosen to support this digital transformation was AZURE.

Counting on the guidelines established by the mayor and its objective of “Enhancing the value of the brand SAGUNTO” we proposed the new information architecture and visual design suitable for the project.

The main objective and differential value of this multinational is the quality of the more than 90 fruit and vegetable varieties that they distribute across the globe, fully dedicating their efforts to orientate themselves to a very specific market of Premium fruits and vegetables.
