When a Hungarian professor
created the Rubik’s cube , he
wasn’t trying to invent a toy , just
a beautiful and clever object .
Then his cube became the world’s
best selling toy ever. Almost
everyone had one, but not many
people could solve it without help
. It took Professor Rubik a month
to solve it the first time.
3. GANGNAM STYLE
Dances can be fad too. They are
usually funny or cute dances.
Gangnam style became a
YouTube world record because it
received over one billion Likes –
more than any other video in
history .
4. LOOM BANDS
When loom bands became the
latest fad , kids spent hours
making bracelets with tiny rubber
bands. The idea started in summer
camps in the USA. Some camps
didn’t let the kids bring laptops or
phones with them , so they used
to spent their time making
bracelets with rubber bands .
Soon it became the most popular
in the toy shops.
5. FIDGET SRINNER
Fidget spinner includes a ball
bearing in the center of the gam .
It has been designed to rotate
and relieve from, stress. Fidget
spinners became popular in 2017.
Though similar toys have already
been welcomed since 1993.
Today all kids have one.
