Dynatech: the SpanishTornado Gearless machine is already carrying passengers.

On September 19, 2009 Dynatech opened the new expansion to their facilities meant for manufacturing their new development: the TORNADO gearless machine. Dynatech nevertheless warned during that presentation that the production of the first machines would not be immediate, as it was essential to provide the production line with everything it requires.

Reality, however, exceeded expectations. The delay
of some suppliers, added to the collection and development of all instruments of verification and quality control needed to produce a reliable and competitive machine brought about a considerable delay. The fact that they have invested almost 4 million Euros (final figures) in this project has not forced in any way the product launch in order to accelerate a return on investment.

Methodically, patiently and without haste, Dynatech has sold various models of the TORNADO gearless machine only to certain customers, which have been for some time working in real installations without any problem. The level of satisfaction that these customers are experiencing with this machine can be simply deducted from
the repeated purchase and the gradual increase in the volume of orders received every day. A good sign, no doubt, regarding to the reliability and competitiveness of the TORNADO.

Dynatech's experience in the elevator industry has allowed them to design an optimized and competitive machine specially designed for lifts, considering the needs of their customers.

This new product is assembled and checked at
Dynatech's facilities using European components of the highest quality. Thanks to this, the permanent magnet motor has a smooth, quiet operation, with a negligible cogging. In addition, the small size of this maintenancefree machine means that it can be used in all types of installations with a payload of up to 2000kg.

Moreover, Dynatech has a group of professionals capable of solving any technical difficulties and provide solutions according to customer needs, and has the GSS (Gearless Selection Software), to assist the customers in selecting their TORNADO.

In the market there are a large variety of different machines and suppliers. What is different regarding Dynatech?: In a nutshell, its own design and manufacturing of a product conforming to European-class technology, the best testing, manufacturing, checking and control equipment facilities, such as:
+ Testing tower for tests of fatigue, comfort, etc. with a height of 50m and an area of 65m2.
+ Clean room for assembling the gearless machine.
There's no possibility for dust, metal particles or any foreign element to enter the assembly line.
+ Full monitoring and control equipment:
- Testing machine built according to Dynatech specifications for controlling the quality of every unit assembled: winding, dynamic test, microswitch
and brake torque. The machine itself records the data in its memory and issues a print report which is sent to the customer .
- High precision dynamic torque meter for the characterization of machines: torque, power, speed, current, etc.
- 3-phase analyzer: power measure (active, reactive and power factor), current measure, etc.
- Resistive load security bench.
- Etc.

There is no doubt that under these assumptions, the Tornado has many options for being included in the top positions of best machines in the market as soon as it becomes known.
