date performance ist 3.71 percent positive for the day volume
marked on sti was 1,566M where loosing stocks were more than the
gainer 164 were gaining stock and 222 were the loosing stocks for
the week telecommunication stocks slipped to -3.38 percent and
information technology stock pulled to -3.23 percent, on other hand
gaining sector were Real Estate and Health Care.
We still have some positive site on Real estate and Industrial stocks
to gain for 2.5 to 1.7 percent in coming week.
Coming to the RIIT Sector
We can see a potential merger in Viva Industrial trust and ESR REIT.
Few others like Keppel DC REIT, Manulife US REIT, & SPH REIT are
looking to expand properties in their portfolios.

2. CapitalLand Commercial Trust: Buying a major stake in Prime
Frankfurt property for 342.7 M Euros, which is partially funded by an
equity placement of at least 212 M Euros.
Manulife US REIT: preferential offering of 22 new units for every 100
held at US$0.86 per unit to raise some US$ 197.2M is announced by
Manulife US REIT
