Greetings ! Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to sit in on this presentation. I think you will find it informative, educational, enlightening, as well as entertaining.My name is Roy Divine. I am the MPS Business Development rep with Global Printer Services. I have been in the Printer business for 15 years holding such posts in the past as International Sales mgr and Key Account Executive. My job is to help you get the most out of the MPS program you are presently involved in or beginning. To show you how to maximize your profits.

Global Printer Services has been servicing and selling HP units for 15+ years.We are based in the Madison, Wi suburb of McFarland.We are not Brokers, OK. We are not brokers, we build printers, fusers, and accessories right on site in McFarland.Our team averages 10 years of industry experience. We are PRINTER SPECIALISTSIt’s what we do. For us Printers come first. Will we offer you fusers and rollers? Sure, of course. But Printers are our Bread and Butter.We sell between 800 and 1000 fully remanufactured printers monthly. We have 4000+ machines on hand.Our customer base is primarily composed of service companies and resellers, and recently a number of Oems and software providers have come on board.To that point, a number of the most successful MPS dealers in the country are regular clients of GPS.
How many of you when I say used printer think of what you’re seeing on the screen right now? This is for lack of a better term, a bomb that lands on our docks almost daily. You see used, dirty, and old. We see GOLD. What we do is transform this toad..
Into a Prince.Wow! That’s incredible. How do you guys do that? I’m glad you asked.
We put every machine that passed initial inspection and deemed fit for remanufacturing through a very tightly controlled stringent process.The machines are torn down to the frameMechanical assemblies are inspected for worthiness.Each printer is cleaned by a single technician. And I say technician because that’s what they are. These are individuals that are paid handsomely to be the best in their field. We could do it more cheaply, but we are about doing it better, not cheaper.Rollers are replaced, using oem where possible.Gears and assemblies are inspected and replaced.The major components, such as fusers and pick up units are sent to the appropriate departments for rebuilding. Again, on site.The outer covers , panels, face plates are color matched and painted on site.
And finally the Unit is ready for the final phase of QC.In addition to the items listed on this page. The test pages, audio tests, paint inspection. We also perform IT testingThis is very important for your business as we want to assure you our units are ready for your software solution.NVRAM clear done on all applicable printers.Cold reset performed, event logs cleared and page counts cleared. Serial and model numbers are re-entered electronically.Proper memory is installed and checked.Firmware is upgraded to the most current version. Updated monthly. Network capability tested and IP address established and reset.Local and USB connections tested.
Now what does all of that mean to you?It’s simple really. You signed up the customers you have in an interest of selling them toner and servicing their machines.Wouldn’t it then make the most sense that the machines you’re servicing be not only the most popular brand name in the industry: HP. But also be the models that your technicians know the best, whose kits you make the best dollar on and the carts that you carry the most. That’s where we can help you. We offer a full range of HP Laser Jet devices. From small 1320’s on up to Color MFP’s.And speaking of installing the right printers.
It’s in the program.Who among us has seen this graphic before? This is the MPS Adoption Model used throughout the industry.These are the four stages of MPS adoption.Stage 1 Control or assess the client’s environmentStage 2 Optimize (remember that one OP TO MIZE)Stage 3 Enhance or expand your relationship within that client’s organization.And Stage 4 Integration: Few if any are at Stage 4 now. At this point you are essentially an additional arm within there company. An outside/insider
No most of us are still at stage 2And that’s good, that’s ok. This is frankly the beginning of the money stage.Remember when I said last slide Optimize…what does that mean?Fleet consolidationRight sizingAsset DeploymentOn-going Fleet ManagementThese are just college words for “Move them into the right printers.”It’s a rule folks. They need their current fleet addressed.And that’s what we can help you do.
I’d like to take a few slides to show you some examples of how we can help you to help your client.The machines on your screen are 50 ppm monochrome behemoths. They do all the stuff those big fancy copiers do, stapling, stacking, bread baking, whatever.You’ve decided with or without the help of our experts this is a good option for your client.If you were to order this guy brand new $11K. $11K! Hmm, not bad.But, you decide to check with us. Hey Roy CC395A, what can you do?I Mr or Mrs Client can offer you the M9050 MFP for $4995. Yep, half the price.Or, if you don’t mind going half a generation back, the 9050 MFP for $1895. What!?Excuse me? Yes I’ll save you 80%, happy commission day!But what about the warranty? Same as new, we offer One full year.Does it come with toner? No. Don’t you sell toner? Isn’t that the whole idea behind optimizing their fleet? We can price toner for you. But it’s not my thing.
Here is another example. This machine family, the 4345 is known affectionately as the copier killer. These units on the screen are among our best sellers.If you can still find one on the open market new, it’s likely $2300 or something close to that.We at GPS will provide you with a fully remanufactured unit for nearly half the price.$1265.00 Again, same one year warranty just like the new.And, if they don’t mind going half a generation back, different interface smaller scanner the Q3942A is $965.00Any and all accessories you could want or need we can supply as well to grow this unit into a beast. It’s really something.
Finally, our last example is for the meat and potatoes crowd. These are the units that we can’t get enough of.The P4015n is extremely popular, extremely reliable. If you can find a new unit is will be something like $1300.At GPS we have that same machine in stock, fully remanufactured by a dedicated technician for half that. $645.00.Even better, we can put you in the single best selling family of printers for under $300The 4250 uses the Q5942A/X cart, probably your best selling and most profitable cartridge. Would you like your customer to have a few more of these in their fleet?We aim to please and we’re here to help. We will again cover the warranty period of one year.
