He is a Consultant Radiation Oncologist with more than 10 years of experience. Dr Rushikumar D Panchal is pioneer in field of 4D Radiotherapy treatment in India since 2011.He is the first to utilize 4D Image guidance on LINAC Couch in India & 6 degree freedom Robotic couch (Hexapod) of linear accelerator in Gujarat. He has a vast experience of Intra-cranial radiosurgery (SRS) in benign and malignant conditions of brain lesions & extracranial radiosurgery (SBRT) of lung cancer, liver cancer, prostate Cancer & Head and neck cancer. He is the first in India to start single fraction lung radiosurgery on linear accelerator with highest dose 34Gy/1# and successful outcome.
