What you expect is the focus of your faith, and you will get what you expect
If your focus is being driven by demons of negativity, then your confident expectation is not God
The facts of your current circumstance are not the truth of Gods plan for your life
Demons will use those facts to build strongholds that limit God
Strongholds are formed in parts of your soul to oppose the ruling authority of Jesus Christ
For example, a stronghold of fear will oppose peace
Strongholds often created by word curses as a child
Example: "You will never amount to anything"
Pursuit of acceptance and approval can cause us to lose the confident expectation of God's blessings
5 Keys to Shift Your Negative Expectations
1. Remove the "I can'ts" from your vocabulary
2. Think about what you are thinking about and ask God to show you the lies at the root
3. Ask God to show you his perspective of your current circumstance
4. Focus your thoughts on 5 things you can be grateful for
5. Seek deliverance and counseling if you need help
You may have a lifetime of negative thinking to get undone
