Written and designed and created by Dan Purser MD this shows how bad migraine headaches can be for women who suffer from them. This is an interesting pictographic showing studies and details regarding natural medicine and therapy options that have high efficacy for women's menstrual migraines or migraine headaches while they lower the risk of side effects that synthetics can cause. Natural therapy or natural medicines such as progesterone are usually the optimal long-term option while dropping a woman’s risk of heart attacks, strokes, breast and colon cancer while synthetic options such as birth control pills, conjugated equine estrogens (CEE) and synthetic progestins increase those risks. This is a good educational infographic of just those risks and benefits.
