7. Chief Complaint
• She came to me with complaint of itching all over the body with
weeping of skin on extensor aspect of hands and legs since 3 months,
sleep disturbed due to itching.
• by sitting ideal ,night ,winter ,anxiety, spicy.
• by scratching ,antihistaminic.
• ODP: Erythematous eruptions appeared on face at the age of 1 year
with itching and crusting treated by allopathic medicines and
ointments after that it returns in winter, humid weather and
exacerbated by stress.
• Patient has taken many allopathic medicines but only temporary
relief .
• Lichenification is present all over body with itching.

14. Chief Complaint
• she presented with the complaint of recurrent popular eruptions on
face, right cubital fossa ,abdomen since one month with severe
itching .
• In winter ,by scratching, after bathing and by moisturising and in
summers
• At the age of 5 days she started having erythematic eruptions on
both cheeks which was relieved by applying external ointment .After
few months eruptions again appeared on face and ears with thick
scabs ,watery oozing discharge was continued for one and half
years. It was relieved after winter then again appeared in next
winter with eruptions on buttocks ,abdomen, cheeks and earlobes.
• Known case of Asthma since 1 year which is aggravated in winter, by
dust exposure, change of weather. On auscultation ronchii heard on
both upper lobes.
