REFERENCE: Doroteya Kodzhanova
Doroteya Kodzhanova worked as a member of the PwC project team for the delivery of the project “New Go-to-Market Model” for a major pharmaceutical player for the period July- September 2014.
Doroteya’s responsibilities included collecting research data with respect to the healthcare and pharmaceutical trends on the Bulgarian market, including competitive and stakeholder landscape, preparation of basic analysis of company data, preparation of interview materials and meeting notes. She also contributed to the drafting of certain parts of project deliverables, including kick-off presentation, diagnostic analysis, stakeholder map, materials for executive off-site workshop.
Throughout the project Doroteya demonstrated good level of analytical and research skills, diligence in performing the assigned tasks, as well as strong abilities to learn and to develop further her expertise. She proved herself as hard-working, good team player, motivated in her work, always showing readiness to assist colleagues on a variety of issues and willingly working after hours or during weekends in order to contribute to the team’s effort in meeting deadlines. Doroteya demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, a high level of initiative and strong commitment to quality performance.
