Dear Overseers Board;
I called and asked if the latest actions by Mr. Waxman could be included and was told that I
needed to file a new complaint. Thus, my new complaint.
Ellsworth District Court has granted a temporary Protection from Harassment Order on behalf of
my three year old daughter and myself against Mr. Waxman. Mr. Waxman, is apparently,
spending overnights with my daughter. My daughter is coming home asking me why Michael
loves her.
I’m attaching the order as well as the four emails Mr. Waxman sent since the order was served, a
week ago. I’m including a review of Mr. Waxman’s emails in 2009. We are still attempting to
pull together a list of everything he has filed with the court. This is so overwhelming we having
difficulties getting the list together.
