This document contains proposal for the Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The objective is to
enhance the brand image of the company online and generate traffic on the website.
The objective would be to improve the Traffic and Conversion of the website for relevant keywords
and beat the competition using Internet as one of the effective medium.
The Optimization will be done in a strategic step by step Adwords management process.
The estimated cost of the complete project is presented in The Cost Estimates.
The SEM will be done by a professional team of Google Certified, dedicated & experienced staff.

-> Google conversion tracking code on “Thank you” page
-> CRM integration(optional)

-> Keyword reporting- To check the performance of Keywords.
-> Ad group reporting – To check performance of every ad copy and Ad group.
-> URL reporting:- To check the performance of each and every URL.

Bid Optimization
Bid optimization will be done on various bases :
1. Keywords having low average position.
2. Keywords having very good clicks but no conversions.
3. First page bid particularly for Google adwords.
Adcopy Optimization
Adcopy optimization will be done on the basis of :
1. Ads getting lots of impression but no clicks.
2. Ads getting lots of clicks but no conversions.
3. Editing and resubmitting disapproved ads.
4. View the A-B testing performance

Keyword Optimization
Keywords optimization will be done on the basis of :
1. Keywords match- better performing match types should be retained and bid can be decrease
on not performing match types.
2. Trial keywords addition on the basis of performance of core keywords.
3. New ad groups restructuring on the basis of keywords themes and clusters to decrease
CPC and improve quality score.
4 Pausing keywords which are not showing or very low impression from long time.

Landing page Optimization
The landing page optimization will be done because of :
1. Low conversion rate after trying all other possible measures.
2. Change the message in case of some seasonal offerings and promotions.
3. To align the adcopy and keywords messaging on landing page.
4. To remove the unnecessary data fields from the registration form on landing page.
5. Deleting/ removing unnecessary flash/ images from the landing page so the page
will load quickly, which will improve quality score.
6. Apart from this we can make small changes in landing pages like privacy statement, copyright
statement, etc.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment can be made in cheque / cash only, otherwise specified at the time of contract.
2. Payment can be made in 100% advance basis, otherwise specified at the time of contract.
3. All services are of one year duration only, unless specified otherwise.
4. Work will commence only after clearance of cheque / pay order.
5. Digitalmarketingsemseo will work on services specified in the contract.
Extra charges will be applicable if services exceed.
6. Digitalmarketingsemseo is not responsible if any work damage due to
intervention of third party from client’s side.
7. It will be responsibility of clients to inform on priority basis if any designing work
commence on website.
8. The service tax will be applicable as per government’s rules and regulations, currently at the
rate of NA%. Any other taxes and rules shall be applicable as per national and
international cyber laws.
9. All parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.

Work will commence only after clearance of cheque / pay order. 5. Digitalmarketingsemseo will work on services specified in the contract. Extra charges will be applicable if services exceed. 6. Digitalmarketingsemseo is not responsible if any work damage due to intervention of third party from client’s side. 7. It will be responsibility of clients to inform on priority basis if any designing work commence on website. 8. The service tax will be applicable as per government’s rules and regulations, currently at the rate of NA%. Any other taxes and rules shall be applicable as per national and international cyber laws. 9. All parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.
