6. Aalu bhujiya ki sabzi |

This aalu bhujiya sabzi is very
papular in states of Bihar and
eastern Uttar pradesh. It is mostly
prepared in all households as a daily
meal. Aalu bhujiya needs only a few
ingredients and not much
preparation. You can enjoy this alu
bhujiya ki sabzi with dal & rice,
kadhi, paratha, and roti.
8. Direction
Step-1
To start making Aalu bhujiya ki sabzi, first take potatoes, peel them and chop in to long and thin pieces like
finger chips and wash them nicely.
Step-2
In a kadhai or wok, add oil and heat, add mustard seeds and whole red chilli in to it. now add potatoes and
stir well for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder in to it and stir well.add salt in to it mix it well. now turn the
flame slow and cover the kadhai with a lid and cook untill the potatoes are cooked. Stir it in between.
Step-3
When potatoes have cooked almost, open the lid and add red chilli flax and mix well. now allow it to
become crispy for 2 minutes.

At the end we add half lemon juice in to it and mix it well and turn the flame off. now aalu bhujiya ki
sabzi is ready. Serve the sabzi with paratha, dal, or kadhi. it tests very yummy.
10. Kathal Ki Sabzi Recipe |
Jackfruit Sabzi Recipe
Kathal ki sabzi is an Indian-style
spicy sabzi. It is a papular dish across
north-india. Serve it with
paratha and with hot chapati or roti
it tastes yummy.
11. Ingredients
• Jackfruit-500gm
• 5 Tablespoon oil
• 4 Onion chopped
• 10-12 garlic cloves
• 7-8 green chilli
• 2 and half teaspooon Garam masala
• 3 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 pinch heeng
• Salt according to taste
12. Direction
Step-1
Start with boiling the chopped jackfruit (kathal) in a pressure cooker with 1 glass of water till 1 whistle.
Step-2
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add chopped onion & garlic and fry till light brown color. Next add all spices and
salt, add little water in to it and fry spices till oil separates. It usually takes 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Step-3
Now add the boiled jackfruit (kathal) in the kadhai and mix it well with spices. Now add 1 glass of water
and cover it with a lid. cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir occassionally in between.
Step-4
Now we will check the sabzi is cooked completely or not and now we will turn off the gas. Garnish the sabzi
with coriander leaves. Serve the jackfruit sabzi with hot chapatis.

Step-1
Heat oil in a pan or kadhai, add chopped onion and fry for 30 second.
Step-2
Add vegetable- tomato and capsicum, cook tomato & capsicum for 2 minutes. ( i am adding only tomato &
capsicum you can add any types of vegetable like peas, carrot, etc)
Step-3
Now we will add maggi taste maker in it and mix it well, add 1 glass of water and wait till the water boils,
add maggi masala-e-magic & stir it well.
Step-4
Add maggi in it and stir it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes and now we will check maggi is cooked well or not if
maggi is cooked then turn off the flame. now the maggi is ready to serve. Transfer maggi in a plate or bowl
and enjoy.
16. Curd Garlic chutney

This chutney made with garlic and
green chillis. You can served this
chutney with Alu paratha, kachauri,
samosa, pulav, fried rice, khichdi,
biryani or whatever you want to eat
with, it tastes very yummy.

Step-1
First take garlic cloves and washed green chillis and make a fresh paste of garlic and green chillis or you
can crush garlic and chillis in a crusher.
Step-2
Take fresh 500 gram curd and Pour curd in a bowl, add garlic and green chilli paste in to it, add salt to
taste. mix the ingredients well. now chutney is ready. serve the chutney with Aalu paratha, samosa or
biryani.
20. Ingredients
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1-1.5 cup coriander leaves
2 green chillis
4-5 garlic cloves
1 piece raw mango
1 pinch heeng
salt according to taste
21. Direction
Step-1
Combine all ingredients in to a mixing jar. if you want it thinner, add 2-3 table spoon water.
Step-2
Now transfer the chutney in to a bowl and your mint-coriander chutney is ready.
