As a QA analyst, I have been working as a dedicated and responsible resource in the one of the complex programs in RBC’s.
I was involved in Offshore-Onsite co-ordination which includes status meeting with business, development and QA teams
both in onshore and offshore. I was the QA point of contact for multiple channels as part of DCP program from offshore.

• Requirement Analysis, creating a test plan to ensure complete functional coverage and also preparing the Mater
Test Plan (MTP) document.
