Welcome to Power Platform with AI series. During this entire series, we will talk about one of the important components of AI Builder which is – “Text Classification”. Category Classification with AI Builder: The first question arises in our mind is What is Text Classification and how does it help to our organization? Nowadays data is very important for any organization. Everyday Text data is increasing exponentially. If we classify our data using the Text Classification approach, we can improve our services in a better manner. Power Platform AI builder provides a facility to perform Text Classification and allows us to define the Tags. Based on the Tags, this will detect the appropriate classified tag from our model. We can Perform different things with the Text Classification. 1. Sentiment Analysis 2. Spam Detection 3. Customer request routing I have divided this entire session into the following parts. 1. Everyday lots of patients provide their feedback. • It’s difficult to identify and classify the feedback form thousands of the feedbacks and difficult to categorize them. • So, text classification make this work easier for us. • We need to label some tags with each feedback and train our AI model. • Once our model is trained, it will detect the sentiment or classify the text from the user feedback automatically.

Languages Supported: English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese Text and Tags should be in the same entity. Tags: Should be separated with delimiter. Tags with less than 50 text items are ignored. Text must be fewer than 5000 characters.
