Payload is doubled (3 kg to 6 kg) from the conventional type. With this
development, employment of this robot for the welding purposes which
require installation of the servo torch or sensors becomes available. And
this installation used to be available only to the large-sized manipulators.
The total axis speed has increased by 80 /s (2070 2150 /s). This can
dramatically improve the productivity in the operation situation where the
robot is required multiple or long-distance operations for welding.
Newly designed streamlined arm reduced interferences with jigs.
Extended hollow-shaft wrist diameter (42 to 50 dia. mm) increases the
number of storing cables.
External/built-in of the torch cable is selectable and this enables the
optimum cablings for the variety of workpieces and installation facilities.
