For more than a century, the field of neuroscience fiercely opposed change, insisting the brain to be an immutable organ incapable itself, of change. But thanks to disruptive scientists, we now know that the brain constantly adapts to meet challenges. Likewise, for decades we have been told, healthcare is incapable of reform.
