Mr. Lejerskar is responsible for overseeing the company’s direction, vision and strategy
and establishing strategic partnerships with indirect channels, technology, and go-to-
market partners.
During the last 2 years, Mr. Lejerskar has been invited to speak on Virtual 3D Learning
and the job creation of entrepreneur schools. With nearly 20 world tours and visiting 60
countries around the world, Mr. Lejerskar adds unique perspectives and shares his
insights as how experiential learning and Virtual 3D Learning can revolutionize the way
education and learning skills can be reshaped by educators, policy makers and
governments.

2. Mr. Lejerskar began his career in 1985 at Volvo Aerospace as program manager for the
Arianne 5 rocket program for the main engine rocket. He was responsible for the
development and co-ordination of development between Volvo, MBB, Fiat and SEP.
In 1987, he founded PFAB (Projektledning Portugal AB) a subsidiary in Portugal with
Escandinavas Ltd. that developed construction and real estate and, as CEO, built the
company from a two-person operation to over 300 people. Simultaneously (1987-1997),
he founded and ran Prosolvia Konsult AB, a start-up company which he built to over 600
employees, developing it organically and focusing in the area of numerical simulation to
Virtual Reality and interactive 3D. The company expanded to 14 offices with annual sales
exceeding US $65 million. In 1996, he took the company public.
In 1998, he co-founded EON Reality and also headed RealityBUY.com, a company which
developed interactive 3D focusing on development, content and application. The
company grew organically to 55 people with a market cap, at its peak, of US $240 million.
His many awards include Most Accomplished Businessman for the Fastest Growing
Company in Western Sweden, 1995-96; Fastest Growing Company in Sweden, 1996; Co-
winner with the CEO of Volvo AB of Chalmers University of Technology Daleen Prize
and Entrepreneur of the Year, 1997.
Lejerskar holds dual Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and
Computer Science from Chalmers University, Gothenburg, Sweden.
