Excellent paper.
Well written and an excellent demonstration on how to compress a full assignment into a
relatively short paper.
Impressive that the paper contains both problem formulation, description of challenges,
finance, presentation of solutions, implementation plan and more and seems to cover the
relevant material to a large degree. Demonstrates very good communicative skills and
could easily be used as basis for management discussions.
Excellent evaluation and implementation plan appears well considered and ready to be set
into action.
As a basis for decision making the paper is in a class of its own presenting both what to
do and how to do it. The paper could benefit from some more arguments on why to do it,
but they are mostly included in parts of the paper.
In general the paper is an excellent piece of work demonstrating how to go from
challenge, problem identification over a well done survey and all the way to how it is
implemented.
